之前有菜友还试过冬天在阳台育苗，结果暖气太足，小苗徒长得细胳膊细腿，移栽后根本没结几个，现在想想真是瞎折腾。

种菜少不了好羊粪，泛米米陕西发酵纯羊粪，原材料羊粪含量高达97%以上，只添加少量稻壳碎和米糠调节碳氮比和湿度，除了必要的发酵剂，无任何添加，经过2-6个月充分发酵高温腐熟彻底，无臭无虫卵，很多菜友持续回购，不过是在陕西汉中当地小镇直发，快递时效会慢点。

对了，阳台花盆选深一点的，至少 30 厘米高，因为土豆生长需要足够的土层。要是花盆太浅，后期还得不断培土，不然土豆露在外面会变绿，吃了还容易中毒。之前有菜友图省事用浅盆种，结果培土的时候把苗都弄倒了，现在再也不敢偷懒了。

施肥这块更有讲究，别以为往盆里多扔点复合肥就行。土豆是典型的 “喜钾大户”，钾肥不够，土豆就长不大。底肥除了有机肥，一定要加把硫酸钾，别太多，烧根就麻烦了。生长期别老施氮肥，不然叶子长得比花还旺，底下的土豆却 “营养不良”。等到土豆开始现蕾，再追一次钾肥，用磷酸二氢钾兑水喷叶子，150 倍液就行，喷个 1-2 次，你会发现土豆长得特别快。

还有间苗，这步很多人舍不得做，觉得苗多产量高，其实大错特错！阳台花盆里营养有限，要是一个盆里挤个三四棵苗，它们抢着争阳光、争肥料，最后结的土豆全是小颗粒。

所以苗长到 10 厘米左右，就得狠心间苗，一盆留 2 棵壮苗就行，弱苗、病苗直接拔掉。有菜友刚开始也舍不得，觉得好不容易长出来的苗，拔了可惜，结果那次结的土豆最大的也就乒乓球大，后来听老种植户说才知道，间苗是为了让剩下的苗能 “吃饱喝足”，现在每次间苗都咬着牙下手。

最后是控秧，这步对阳台种植尤其重要。阳台光照不如露天，土豆容易徒长，叶子长得密密麻麻，却不结薯。等到土豆开始开花，就得赶紧控秧，把花骨朵都掐掉，别让它开花消耗营养。

要是叶子还是长得太旺，就用磷酸二氢钾喷一喷，控制枝叶生长，让营养都往土豆上跑。没控秧，叶子长得都快把阳台遮满了，结果土豆没几个大的，现在学乖了，该掐花就掐花，产量明显高了不少。

其实阳台种土豆真没那么难，当然，每个地方的气候、阳台环境不一样，大家也别完全照搬，得多观察、多调整。比如我家阳台朝东，光照时间短，就会把花盆放在最显眼的地方，让它多晒晒太阳。

种菜嘛，不就是图个开心，看着自己种的土豆从小疙瘩长成大拳头，那种成就感，谁种谁知道！
